Step 1: Pack the flavor
Please use the optimal amount of flavor for your bowl.
*Adjust the height so that it doesn't touch the aluminum foil that covers it. (If the flavor touches the aluminum, the smoke will taste burnt.)
- Cover the bowl with aluminum foil
Use aluminum foil folded in half to make it double-layered.
- Puncture holes in the aluminum foil.
Do not open the center; only open the surrounding area.
Step 2: Set up the coals
Prepare the coals to be placed on top of the device.
- The coals are ready when the center is red and the surface is white.

Step 3: Change the coals
If the smoke weakens or the flavor becomes faint, change the coals.
- Replace one coal.
Replace one old coal with a new one. The arrangement of the coals remains the same.
